Early learning resources at home

Our senior management team have been busy researching and sourcing an engaging, interactive and fun learning from home package. Fuse gives families access to digital resources that can be used to support learning from home for young children.

The Victorian Early Years Learning and Development Framework (VEYLDF) identifies five learning and development outcomes for all children from birth to eight years. It also emphasises the importance of supporting continuity of learning and fostering a consistent understanding of children’s learning with families, colleagues and other professionals.

We are available to discuss and help at any time if you have any questions relating to at home learning for your child.

We have added some in-house content for you to share with your children that includes stories and songs. These videos will also be made available on StoryPark.

We will be making these complimentary resources available on our website in the future and see it as a great opportunity to extend further learning opportunities for the Platypus Junction children and their families ongoing.

Each resource offers what you’ll need, what to do and what learning is happening for your child.

There are multiple areas of learning from literacy and numeracy, STEM learning, physical activity, nutrition and keeping healthy, creativity and art, plus many more engaging, interactive and fun learning opportunities for children.
